FPSC Assistant Professor Jobs 2025 for Various Subjects

Educational Qualifications for Assistant Professor Jobs

To be eligible for the Assistant Professor (Female) BS-18 position, candidates must fulfill one of the following:

  1. Ph.D. in the relevant subject

    • With 1 year post-qualification teaching experience at college/university level.

  2. M.Phil. in the relevant subject

    • With 3 years post-qualification teaching experience at college/university level.

  3. Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Master’s Degree in the relevant subject

    • With 5 years post-qualification teaching experience at college/university level.

Age Limit for Assistant Professor Jobs

The FPSC has set the following age limit for applicants of Assistant Professor jobs.

  • General age limit: 25 to 35 years

  • Maximum age: 38 years (for Ph.D. holders)

  • Plus: 5 years general age relaxation

  • Candidates with a Ph.D. may apply up to age 38 due to an upper age relaxation.
